From bus-stop breezes to playground plot twists, our Hoodies are made for movement, mess, and a little everyday magic. Think soft, durable layers that keep up from Pre-K to elementary school to weekend adventures—without slowing your kiddo down. Baby sizes 0–24M? Covered. Kids sizes 2–10? Too easy. Most styles match back to sweatpants in the same color, so getting dressed becomes a quick, comfy win. You handle the snacks; we’ll handle the snug.
What styles of hoodies are available for Boys & Girls?
The Sammy Oversize Hoodie is the go-to for kids who never stop wiggling, giggling, and zooming. It’s relaxed, roomy, and ready for cartwheels with a comfy hood and easy drop shoulders. Ribbed cuffs and hem help it hold its shape through classroom crafts and after-school hangouts. Made from a soft-yet-durable 60% cotton, 40% polyester blend, it’s cozy enough for chilly mornings and breathable enough for indoor story time. Choose from non-licensed graphics and single-color basics (hello, all-black days) that play nicely with school dress codes. And because matchy-matchy can make mornings easier, most Sammy colors have a matching sweatpant—and even a matching crew—so your little legend can build a full set in a snap.
For the kid who loves a little star power, our License Oversized Hoodie brings the fandom. Superheroes? Check. NBA faves? You bet. New licenses are always landing, so their lineup stays fresh. Same oversized fit, same stay-put rib hem and cuffs, same comfy hood, same 60% cotton, 40% polyester blend—just with the prints they can’t stop talking about. It’s the kind of hoodie that turns show-and-tell into a standing ovation and makes recess teams easy to pick.
If your morning mission calls for fast layering, the Sammy Zip Through Hoodie is the hero of the drop-off line. It’s all about solid colors (no prints), with a smooth, zip-front design that kids can manage solo—perfect for Pre-K independence and those “I can do it!” moments. The main fabric is 80% cotton, 20% polyester for a plush feel, with trims that add comfort and a little stretch (67% cotton, 30% polyester, 3% elastane). Zip up for the bus, zip down for the sun—no outfit restart needed. Like our other sweats, most colors match back to sweatpants for an instantly polished, playground-proof set.
Across the range, baby 0–24M styles stay just as gentle and snuggle-ready, perfect for stroller naps and tummy-time tales. For kids 2–10, you’ll find school-ready colors, weekend brights, and prints that spark imagination. Every hoodie is made to move, made to last, and made to feel good—so the child is always the hero of the day.
How to style kids hoodies?
For school days, build a no-drama uniform with a Sammy Oversize Hoodie in a neutral or all-black, match-back sweatpants, and comfy sneakers. It’s classroom cozy, recess ready, and teacher-approved for keeping the wiggles warm. If your kid loves a pop of fun, swap in a License Oversized Hoodie—superheroes for library day, NBA for gym day—and keep the bottom half calm and classic.
Weekends call for play. Pair a graphic Sammy Oversize Hoodie with joggers for playground sprints or bike rides to the park. If your kid runs warm, layer a short sleeve tee underneath and let them zip down in a Sammy Zip Through Hoodie when the sun shows up. Bonus: the zip-through is perfect for buckling into car seats without bulk, which makes errands feel a little less like a level-up challenge.
For Pre-K and kindergarten kiddos mastering “I did it myself,” choose the zip-through for easy on-off at cubbies and after snack-time spills. Roll sleeves once for paint projects; the ribbed cuffs and hem bounce back beautifully. Heading to a chilly classroom? Hoodie under a puffer, then peel layers as needed—because our sweats are made to flex with the day, not fight it.
Babies 0–24M stay cozy with a soft hoodie layered over a bodysuit and leggings. For stroller walks or daycare drop-off, a solid Sammy Zip Through Hoodie makes temperature changes easier—on when the wind blows, off when nap-time starts. Keep colors coordinated with our match-back sets so dressing a wiggly babe is one easy zip and done.
And when you want quick-cute without thinking, lean into the match-back magic. Most hoodies and crewnecks have a sweatpant twin in the same color. That’s outfit harmony with zero hunting—more time for the school run, less time negotiating over socks.
How to wash hoodies to keep them soft?
First, keep it simple: wash hoodies cold, inside out, with like colors. That protects the color, the cozy feel, and any licensed graphics they love. Fasten zippers on the Sammy Zip Through Hoodie before washing to help the fabric and zipper stay friends. A gentle cycle works best; bleach does not get an invite to this laundry party.
For that soft, snuggly feel wash after wash, skip harsh detergents and go for something mild—fragrance-free if your kiddo has sensitive skin. Fabric softener isn’t required for our cotton-rich blends and can sometimes weigh things down, so use it sparingly if at all. To help hoodies keep their shape, reshape cuffs and hem while damp and lay flat or line dry. If you’re using a dryer, tumble dry low and remove promptly; high heat can be tough on ribbing and prints.
Got a superhero-level stain? Pre-treat gently on the inside of the fabric before the wash—no vigorous scrubbing needed. For licensed graphics, avoid ironing directly on the print. If an iron is truly needed, use a warm setting on the reverse side. Store hoodies folded to keep that ribbing neat, and they’ll be ready for the next school day, park mission, or couch-fort marathon.
Here’s the real secret: our hoodies are built to bounce back. The Sammy Oversize Hoodie (60% cotton, 40% polyester) and the License Oversized Hoodie (same blend) are made for hold-their-shape wear and wash. The Sammy Zip Through Hoodie’s plush 80% cotton, 20% polyester main feels cozy while standing up to the daily spin cycle. So whether your crew is in baby 0–24M or kids 2–10, you get layers that stay soft, look good, and never slow the fun.
From first steps to first school plays, our Hoodies are the warm hug that moves with them. Pick the style, color, or character they love, add the match-back sweatpants, and let them lead the adventure. We’ll keep it comfy, you keep cheering.
