DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to opt-out of the “sale” and “sharing” of your personal information and the use of your personal information for “targeted advertising” as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Cotton On does not disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for money but may provide your personal information to third parties that may use it in ways that constitute a “sale” or “share” under U.S. state privacy laws, and/or “targeted advertising.”

For further details on how Cotton On processes your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

OPT OUT OF THE SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising via tracking technologies on our website, you can manage your preferences directly through our Cookie Settings. Please note that we are unable to manage cookie preferences on your behalf — these must be updated by you using the Cookie Settings on our website.

If you clear your cookies on this browser or use another browser or device, you may need to update your preferences again via Cookie Settings. You may also choose to enable, where available, a universal tool that automatically communicates your opt-out preferences, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). We will process the GPC signal as a request to opt-out.

REQUEST TO DELETE ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you wish to request the deletion of all of your personal information held by Cotton On, please email privacyofficer@cottonon.com with your name and email address.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR REQUEST

Once we receive your deletion request, we will verify your identity before any action is taken. Your request is then processed across multiple teams and systems within Cotton On to ensure your personal information is handled appropriately in full. This includes removing or obfuscating your data across our online platforms, retail systems, marketing communications, and relevant third-party services we work with.

Once all steps have been completed, you will receive a notification from our Customer Service team confirming that your request has been fulfilled in full.
