Personalized Items
- Standard shipping only on orders containing personalized items.
- Allow up to 14 business days for orders containing a personalized item.
- Orders containing both personalized and non personalized items will be shipped together.
Ship to Store - $2 or FREE on $30+
- Please note all Ship to Store orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse to your selected store for collection.
- Shipped from our warehouse to store within 1-6 business days.
- Please note: uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after 30 days.
- You will receive notification via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection.
Store to Door - FREE
- Orders received weekdays before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day.
- Delivery within
- 2-3 business days: Arizona, Utah or California.
- 2-4 business days: Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington & Wyoming.
- 4-7 business days: All other US States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
International Delivery
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer International delivery for orders placed via our US website.
- Please choose from our Australian, Singaporean, or South African websites for international delivery.
Delivery FAQs
How can I track my order?
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress.
Orders are shipped via UPS and can be tracked via the UPS Website.
Shipping on Public Holidays?
- Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and dispatched until the next business day.
- During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
Do I need to sign for my order?
- Orders within the USA do not need a signature for delivery unless you choose the signature option. If the delivery driver cannot deliver, they will leave a note with instructions for pickup from a designated post office.

- Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of shipping. Please check with your country's customs service if you need more information.
- Please choose Standard (SurePost) shipping for orders being sent to a PO Box. All other methods will result in the parcel being returned to our warehouse.
- Orders shipped outside of the USA will be subject to the shipping terms of the relevant postal service.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect shipping address being provided to us.
- Shipping charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
- All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

- No promo code needed! FREE shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold before tax.
- The threshold for FREE shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
- FREE delivery is a limited promotion and only available on orders sent via Standard Delivery within the US or Canada.
