Princess dress, had to settle.Very hard to purchase online. Items avaliable in store not available on the website, enquired multiple times online as to whereabouts but item is non existent. Cohesion between online and in store is pretty bad (I.e online was 40% off vs I store is full price). Shipping was fine etc, parcel arrived in tact but disappointed we were unable to purchase something that we wanted.
