Rubi believes no outfit is complete without the finishing touches—and that’s where our bag charms, phone charms, shoe charms and key rings come in. These small details make a big difference, turning everyday essentials into a reflection of your mood, style and story. Whether you’re adding a pop of colour, a hint of shine or a personalised touch, Rubi accessories are made to mix, match and move with you.
Elevate Your Bag and Complete Your Look with our Bag Charms
A great bag charm is equal parts style and self‑expression. Clip one onto your tote, shoulder bag, crossbody or backpack and watch the whole look come together. From sleek metallic hardware and enamel icons to tactile tassels and soft pom poms, the right charm brings balance and polish. Think of it as jewellery for your handbag—coordinating with your bag’s hardware, echoing your outfit’s palette or introducing a new texture for interest.
Attachment matters as much as aesthetics. Easy, secure clasps—like lobster clips, swivel hooks and sturdy key rings—make swapping styles fast and keep your charm in place on the commute. Scale also plays a role. Petite charms or slim chains suit mini bags and structured top‑handles, while bolder, chunkier pieces feel right on roomy totes and weekenders. If you love a layered look, try pairing a delicate initial charm with a statement charm or chain to create depth without weighing your bag down.
Personalisation is the fastest route to a signature carry. Initials, zodiac symbols and meaningful motifs make your bag unmistakably yours. If you want form with function, look for charms that double as key keepers or mini holders to keep small essentials handy. However you style it, a Rubi bag charm delivers that considered, finishing touch you can switch up with your day, your outfit or the season.
A Bag Charm for Every Occassion
Different days call for different details, and the right charm helps your style meet the moment. For the workday, choose understated polish: a slim leather tassel, a refined metal tag or a tonal enamel piece that mirrors your bag’s hardware. It feels intentional without competing with your look. For weekends, lean playful—think bright beads, resin hearts or a soft pom pom to add movement and colour to denim, athleisure and easy dresses.
Event dressing benefits from subtle sparkle. A pearl‑accented charm, a crystal‑touched emblem or a chic chain instantly elevates clutches and micro bags without the need for extra jewellery. Travelling? Go practical and secure. A sturdy clip or carabiner‑style key ring keeps keys accessible, while a lightweight charm helps you spot your bag in a crowd. When you’re on the go with tech, phone charms come into their own. A beaded wrist strap or loop adds personality and a little extra grip for selfies and scrolling, and it looks great hanging from your phone case or wrist.
Don’t forget your footwear. Shoe charms bring fun to clogs, slides and some sneaker styles, letting you switch up motifs to match your outfit or mood. Keep the balance right by coordinating tones across accessories—match metals on your charm, jewellery and bag hardware for harmony, or mix metals intentionally for a modern edge. Consider proportion too: smaller charms flatter slim straps; larger statement pieces anchor soft, oversized shapes. Finally, a quick care routine goes a long way. Wipe charms with a soft cloth, avoid overloading delicate straps and store pieces separately to keep finishes fresh between wears.
What Bag Charms are Trending?
Right now, personal is powerful. Initial charms and monogram tags are in, letting you customise your carry with letters, birthstone tones and zodiac motifs. Y2K‑inspired phone charms remain a favourite—chunky beads, smileys, fruits and pastel hearts bring nostalgic joy and double as handy wrist straps. Mixed‑material chains are also having a moment, blending resin links with metal for a bold, fashion‑forward accent that refreshes classic totes and shoulder bags.
Playful enamel icons and luxe‑looking pearl details continue to trend, offering a quick way to dress up everyday bags without feeling overdone. For minimalists, sleek hardware charms in silver and gold provide a clean, graphic finish—especially when paired with structured silhouettes. If you like to switch things up with the seasons, try rich, warm textures in cooler months and bright, glossy finishes or translucent resin when the weather turns sunny. Stacked styling is on the rise too: combining one statement charm with a slim chain or an initial delivers dimension while keeping the look cohesive.
