Healthy Donuts

We love any excuse to eat our favourite snacks, so Donut Day is the perfect time to indulge in one of our faves! Check out this healthy recipe from our friends, Natural Harry, to enjoy all month long!
Ingredients
Donuts
1 cup (75g) oats
1/2 cup (35g) desiccated coconut
10 medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Glaze
1 tablespoon hulled tahini 2 teaspoons real mable syrup 1 teaspoon cacao powder
To Serve
1/2 cup Cobs organic popcornpinch of cinnamon
Method
Place all donut ingredients in your food processor and pulse to combine. Blend until mixture begins to stick together. Mould into donut shapes either free hand or using a small silicone mould.
Place in a baking paper lined tray in the freezer for minimum 30 minutes to set. Whick glaze ingredients together and spread over each donut. Sprinkle popcorn and a pinch of cinnamon powder over the top of the glaze and return to the freezer for a minimum 30 mins to set. Store in the freezer for a delicious quick snack any time!
