Oversized.Dress is quite oversized. Well at least the size 3 is. The sleeves are ridiculously long and the dress is quite wide. I would say the size 3 would have fit a 4-5

Doesn’t make sense from
What a ripoff!I bought 2 dresses for $30.00. at Cotton on Melton. I asked if I could exchange if size was incorrect and was assured I could. Shop anssistant asked whether I’d like to use the $10 perks I had so I used it for a drink bottle.
Today I went back to shop to exchange one size 7 dress for a size 6. The shop assistant insisted I pay an extra $3.75 to do so. I asked why and she said it was because the perk had been used. I tried to explain that I had paid $30 for dresses and used park for the $10 drink bottle and it was just a straight forward exchange so the dress should just be swapped for the size smaller. She refused to listen and said I had to pay $3.75 to exchange dress or return dress for less than I paid.
I am not happy as this does not make any sense to me. I ended up paying as the size 7 was useless but I won’t shop here again which is sad as I’m a longtime customer.
