Perfect substitute for those heavier backpacks..
I found the perfect solution to my heavier backpack, when I wanted to use it for day trips. I chose the black backpack because backpacks get used in all sorts of situations and you just never know when it's going to pick up dirt. Black is the perfect colour for my needs.

Broken zip
Front zip has broken after a very short time. I've been trying unsuccessfully to open it, but stuck. Otherwise I've loved the bag till now. Keen to replace it with the same type and hope it doesn't happen again.

The carry handler need two strong strings,instead of 1; the chains openings need a hanging rubber type emoji to grab open/close the pockets.Thanks to you a lot.Regards.

False details
These people published false details for the dimensions of the ordered pack, and what was supposed to be a wide roomy pack turned out to be a narrow school kids pack. Nicely made, but useless for the purpose ordered.
