No, your Perks account will not be linked to eBay.
How long do I have to list the item I bought from Cotton On on eBay?
You can list your item on eBay at any time, as long as the item is in wearable condition.
What if I don’t receive the email from eBay?

I forgot to check the box when I purchased them from Cotton On, can I still list them on
eBay?
You can still manually list your item on eBay after you've worn and loved it. However, we can only create a draft listing in your eBay ‘My Closet’ if you checked the relist box before adding the item to your Cotton On cart. We're working on making it possible to include past purchases in the future. Stay tuned!
