Extremely disappointed
The customisation looks nothing like the photo. The text is much smaller and the placement of my name wasn’t even in the centre. It was very poorly done and looks terribly cheap. The colour isn’t even pigmented and pieces of the foiling is missing. Very disappointed.

The rose gold customization came already peeling from the box. Poor quality.
The instructions were not followed correctly and therefore I am missing a letter.

Not Bad but Not Great
On delivery the notebook was slightly dirty. The personalised inscription (my order was a blank one) was there, but it was off-centre and askew. And the letters that were in the middle of the name were not clearly visible. Overall, the notebook itself was good quality in terms of the cover and the paper. But the detail of the personalisation and packaging the item to ensure its clean and tidy for the customer could used some work and improvement.

Personalisation done incorrectly
The personalized name was done incorrectly! I double checked the spelling I put in the order, which was done correctly, but they still printed the name incorrectly. No quality check done!
