Unpleasant Personalization Experience with Typo
Regrettably, my recent purchase of personalized journals from Typo turned out to be a disappointment. The names on the books were not only off-center but also double printed, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the personalization process. To rectify the situation, I had to take the journals to the store for a redo, as the online team's execution fell short of expectations. Please rather let them do this in the store than buy online.

Lovely diary but I asked for for my diary to be personalised in gold but it was done in silver and this is not the 1st time. Why do you give us options if you’re not going to stick to our specifications

Bad quality embossing and wrong colour
The embossing was silver instead of gold and the colour was smudged. This was a gift and it was too late to return it in time, but I was really disappointed in the quality.

Love it however, I put a space it between the name and the first letter of the surname and your team put the name with the first letter of the surname right together and the name looks super funny I love it but please take note next time for spaces in between the name and surname
