Good notebook but skew printing
I like this notebook and its finish; however, the first page is slightly skew which is incredibly irritating (I went through a few of them and it seems to be a problem across them all).

a good quality journal book. Hard cover with an elastic strip to keep the book closed. I have bought many in this range and have never been disappointed! everyone that i have gifted to friends love them too.

i dont exactly go about reviewing journals (so I'm not sure what the jargon is) but the pages on this one are well lined and easy to write on - perhaps thats an attribute of good quality paper? i also like the pocket on the back cover because journalling often comes with mementos. that's thoughtful designing. its also cool that there is a broad range of covers and colours to choose from (i got one that's a cream colour with peach-ish doodles on it) but my only contest is the difference in prices: for example a plain black journal i think was R199 and the one i got was R169... whats that about ?? overall it is just a good quality journal! 10/10

Journal is sensitive and requires extra care.
The journal cover tears and chips quite easily. Also, if you choose to personalise your journal, wait 20-30min before placing it anywhere near other objects as the ink they use takes awhile to dry and smudges.

Not worth the price
Rather unimpressed with the purchase - the journal was thrown into a plastic courier bag, shipped as is with zero protection, and arrived terribly scuffed. Considering the cost, I would have expected more care to be taken.
