Cute but expensive and had to fix it myself!Right off the bat, the buckle part for the strap was oriented wrong so I had to take some pliers and fix them myself and sometimes when you set the bag down, the buckle comes undone from the holes of the strap so I have to keep an eye on it or else the strap will just come apart when you put the bag on. Other than that, It’s cute with tons of room in it.

Poor Quality ZipperI LOVED this bag when I first got it. However the zipper broke within a few weeks and my mom (who I recommended this bag to) had the same issue. I reached out to customer service to try to get a replacement bag and nobody responded. So bummed because I really love the style of this bag.
