Our Charlie Open Back Mini Sundress is a fit-and-flare mini in textured cotton with a sweetheart neckline and gathered puff sleeves. The shirred elastic waist sits comfortably at the natural waist, and the full gathered skirt falls to a straight mini hem. A split at the front bodice ties up neatly, while rouleau ties fasten the open back for a backless finish.
