Item not receivedi bought this bag on line almost two weeks ago and i still don't have it, it was click and collect and all the shop can tell me is that is was shipped from the warehouse but they haven't received it and to ring customer service. i ring customer service who are based in South Africa and they say item shipped to store and to call the store. so i'm going round in circles. i've also tried emailing and my emails are not being answered. it has been very frustrating with very poor customer service. This is my first experience shopping online with cotton on and will also be my last.
