my absolute fav trackpants!! the colour is gorgeous, the fabric both inside and out is so soft, even after being washed a few times, and they fit perfectly. All around amazing and DEFINITLY recommend.

Picture changed online after I ordered them.
I will be returning these joggers.
When I placed my online order, the product image showed straight/wide leg joggers without cuffs. However, after receiving the "order shipped" email, I noticed the picture had been updated, which raised concerns. During my online chat to rectify the order, I was unable to make changes, which was understandable.
However, I felt somewhat challenged during the conversation, with implications that the picture had not been updated and my understanding was incorrect. I had screenshots from when I placed the order, as other colours showed cuffed ankles but not the blue ones.
Speaking of the blue joggers, the actual colour is different from what was pictured, further confirming they are entirely different pants.
My primary frustration lies not in receiving the wrong pants, but in the lack of proactive measures. If the incorrect image was identified and updated, I would expect them to review recent orders affected by this error. Customers should have been notified to confirm their order or arrange a return, which would have been more efficient than now having to initiate a return myself.
