Usage rights

If you are selected and notified by Cotton On that you are now a Brand Ambassador, The Talent agrees that Cotton On has global rights to repost the Talent’s social media posts in reference to the partnership and additional images supplied across organic and paid digital channels including, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, eDM and on-site, crediting appropriately, for 6 months from the content being delivered (or as per agreement).

We are not racist, homophobic or sexist; We do not promote violence or bullying; We do not perpetuate negative stereotypes, mock stereotypes or offend people from certain groups, countries or religions; We do not appropriate cultural designs; We do not sexually objectify people; We promote healthy behaviours and body images. We do not promote underage, illegal or anti-social activities (including smoking or excessive alcohol).

Please don’t include any smoking, smoking paraphernalia, nudity or alcohol consumption (including bottles, beverages) to be displayed in images or referenced in copy. Should these terms not be met the Brand has the right to ask you to remove content and all references to Cotton On and remove you from the program as a Brand Ambassador.”
