Bad experience
My original order came smashed. Packed incredibly poorly.
Customer service took a week to finally confirm they would resend.
Upon receipt of the second order, this time the box didnt even indicate it was fragile and was crushed. It was a huge box with one piece of packing. So once again the cookie Jar was broken. I emailed customer service immediately, however they now appear to be not responding to my emails for a refund.
