Poor Online Service
Online click & collect was lost in transit from qld to nsw. Each online chat, was always lied to & kept delaying....saying its either on the way, will be arriving this week or delivered. Very poor communication, no one contacted me.....i had to make contact. Will never deal with.

Doesn’t stick with tape
The red has a texture that doesn’t stick well with regular sticky tape- the present kept coming undone. But it looks nice and isn’t boring

Good quality wrapping paper.
I honestly dont know why sticky tape wont stick to it. It sticks perfectly fine. Its great quality wrapping paper and doesnt rip easly like cheaper stuff. If they had more of a range id buy more.
