The card itself was lovely... The service however was not. I have worked in retail for over 20yrs and I was horrified. The young girl was not overly friendly. Once I purchased the card & gift bag I kindly asked if I could borrow a pen to write in the card then and there as I was giving the gift 10mins later. I was told, “the pen station is over there”. I thought there may have been a tester but no. I then asked if I could borrow a pen from the counter as I didn’t need to purchase one & I was given a flat out “NO”. I was stunned. I couldn’t believe it. I wanted to return my items straight away after that service but I decided to just leave. The next store I went into, they kindly lent me their pen. I then went into Cotton On to purchase a voucher and the young girl in there was lovely. I mentioned the story to her and even she asked if I needed a pen. I kindly refused as I had already used one.
Little to say.... I will never return to your Typo store at Pacific Fair.

Cute, but not a true scratch 'n' sniff
Supposed to be a scratch 'n' sniff card but there's not much scent at all. Also, the scented dots don't line up with the donuts at all. Otherwise, it's a cute design.

I bought this for my mother for her birthday, it was wrapped in plastic and when I took it out the spring had been bent in such a way that it didn’t bobble... should have just bought a regular card..
