Flimsy Clasp
super cute but you get what you pay for, the clasp on these earrings are super flimsy, (they barely clip in or when they do its not sturdy AT ALL they just unclasp within minutes), at first i thought it was just my pair, but the whole row of them at the shops were unclasping when you went to pick them up so…

Gems missing but great customer service

Didn’t clip up!
They didn’t clip up at all and fell out of the paper they were purchased in. Really disappointed because they were gorgeous earrings but we’re not wearable.
