Lovely mug, hand wash only
It's a beautiful mug and I absolutely adore it. The matt black is lovely and contrasts wonderfully with the bright Alice in Wonderland image. However, would be much more practical if it was dishwasher and microwave safe.

Cup was sent in a postage bag which means it arrived to me smashed, I can’t repurchase the item as they didn’t offer to send out new cups and won’t refund me the total amount I spent on them because of a perks voucher I used on my entire order. It will cost me $20 to repurchase them and I only got a refund of half of that so I miss out on a cup because of their lack of care with postage.

The cup was sent in a postage bag and was smashed, I didn’t get a full refund for the 2 cups that were damaged in my order because I used a perks voucher and now short changed on re purchasing the two cups that got smashed because they didn’t send them in a box like they should have.

Delivery and item conditions.
Amazing, typo and cotton on foundation is always amazing at delivering things. The only reason I give it four instead of five stars, is because the mug came a little bit later then expected delivery time. I don’t want to complain though, just wanted to let other buyers know, but I am sure that won’t be for all of you. Otherwise they gave me updates on when my package was coming and the item was in perfect condition when it arrived. I definitely recommend this!!

I loved the nostalgia associated with this cup. It says to handwash which i have been doing. The ink on the cup is starting to come off. Ive only had it a couple of weeks. Disappointing.
