i thought this would be great for workouts but it holds onto sweat almost as long as a cotton shirt would so it feels pointless to call this an 'active' top because it doesn't wick sweat like it should.

On line purchasing such a hassle...
It's a bit hit and miss with Cotton On. I purchased 2 tops, both "labelled" as the same size but one was extremely larger than the other. Quality Control is not a thing with this org. You're really better off going into store and checking the garments for yourself before purchasing. Just not worth the back & forth trouble they put the customer through.

I liked this Active tee- comfortable and breathable! The only downside would be that it tends to ride up your torso when you move so you have to constantly pull it down.
