Great customer service.
Unfortunately my bottle arrived and it was damaged however customer service were fantastic and refunded the cost and delivery cost straight away! I’ve now purchased one of the premium bottles in its place.I would recommend buying these bottles in store.

Poor quality
Love the bottle design and size but part of the floral design on the outside is missing, and the bottom of the bottle is uneven so it wobbles on a flat surface. Disappointed as quality is normally good!

Cute but faulty one
Bootle was super cute but unfortunately received a faulty one. The suction wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t really drink it with the straw. Had to return it and order a new one

love how gorgeous the bottle is and the amount of water it holds!
i adore how little plastic packaging comes with it, would’ve loved if there wasn’t as much plastic tape round the box when shipping, difficult to recycle and was hard to rip off

Lovely bottle!

Great until it wasn't
I bought this a few weeks ago. Been really careful washing it as I know its not dishwasher safe.
It got slightly warm in the sun yesterday, it's a water bottle so i take it outside when its hot because i want to drink water when its hot, a pretty normal thing to do.
I noticed lots of black marks on my hand, realised it was the design rubbing off onto my hand just from picking it up! So now i have a clear bottle which is a bit boring really.

Doesn't leak
Great water bottle sturdy, as I've dropped a few times and it's still leak free. Nice size although doesn't fit in a regular size cup holder (car) nice simply design, and compliments given by others.

Decent capacity- without being too bulky. Really easy to wash up and keep clean. Pretty to look at. Robust and long lasting, I’ve dropped it a couple of time’s and there’s no dents or scratches!
