Delivery sucks!
I got my parcel and the cup was broken, I requested another one, n requested that bubble wrap to be wrapped around the cup not outside the box of the cup, and I’ve also requested a fragile sticker on the parcel but no action has been taken seriously! The 2nd cup that arrived is also broken when I received it! Very very bad! N because there’s no more stock left , they refund it to me! I am seriously not happy as I’ve been waiting for this cup for a while now!

Improve packaging please
the first one is poorly packaged, no bubble wrap or protection. The mug was broken. Then I received another one as exchanged. Still no bubble wrap for the mug, just the box outside. The mug broke too. So frustrated. I think Ill wait for the store to open to make an exchange.
