Bad service
I purposely chose the adaptapals that's untouched by other people as it was a gift to a friend. However, during payment, the cashier were squishing the adaptapals from outside (since there's a hole on the box). I'm like ???? Also, the adaptapals didnt go bck to its shape after swuishing for the first time. Bad purchase.
