She said that she escalate the matter and someone will be in touch with in 24hrs. Yet I am still waiting. I wanted to bring it to your attention how incredible disappointed I was on this candle. I often purchase scented candles because I love it!! So when I saw this one, I just had to have it. It’s not a cheap purchase so it comes with certain expectations. The smell sold it for me. However upon burning is for 2/3 hours, and a second time again, there was absolutely zero scent that filled the room. Unless you didn’t go up to the flame, you can’t smell anything. Which totally defies the purpose. Therefore I would like a refund on my product please, because it doesn’t serve the purpose that it was meant for.
