Bad Quality Material
Bag immediately tore open not even 10 minutes after paying. I had barely touched the bag after it was packaged by the cashier. Very poor quality.

I ordered this gift bag online and when i opened my package, this bag was damaged. It bag was bent and had 'creases'. Was disappointed since it looks so nice but it came damaged.

Bottom of gift bag not firm
The bottom of the gift bag was not firm enough to hold the journal that I purchased. It flopped outwards. Lukcily the bag didn't break open so I was still able to use it but it didn't look great.
