When I undid the seams it left holes in the fabric, from the top to the bottom, on both the left and the right of the wall hanging. Please fix that packaging design because it’s awful

BUT when packaged the stitching / staples punched the wall hanging on both sides....NOT COOL!! After steam ironing very gentle using another cloth for protection we were able to get the holes partially closed.
