Sturdy desktop item but feels rough
It feels really heavy and sturdy and thus it would work well as a pen holder on a desktop. Though the entire feel to it is rough and feels like it was made using cheap quality materials.

Faulty item reported without follow up
I purchased it on 15th January and found that this item which I purchased from Typo store is different with the online pieces. The tweety bird peck part is different color with online pieces stated. I had chat with customer service on 15th January via Typo website live chat to report that I bought a faulty item, however there is no one get back to me until today 26th January even though I had informed by that customer service that they will escalate my case and get back to me within 48 hours. I am disappointed on this purchase. Hopefully from your survey my feedback I can get an answer from related department regarding this issue.
