LOVE CLUB INSTAGRAM LOOP GIVEAWAY

1. The promoter of this promotion is Supré Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”) (ABN 55 002 927 773) of Level 6, Office Tower One, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, VIC, Australia, 03 5277 8110.
2. Entry is free and open to Australian and New Zealand residents of all ages. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. This competition is a game of chance and not skill.
4. This competition commences at 10AM on 5th February 2018 and ends at 11.59PM AEST on 13th February 2018 (“Competition Period”). People may enter as many times as they like, as long as they follow all competition steps as outlined below. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid.
Time of draw is 9am AEST on February 14th 2018. Should a re-draw be required, this will take place on April 25th 2018 at 12:00pm AEST. Address of potential re-draw (ABN 55 002 927 773) of Level 6, Office Tower One, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, VIC, Australia, 03 5277 8110.
5. To enter this competition entrants must enter via Instagram:
Step 1. During the Competition Period, follow all of the following brand partners on Instagram :
@supre_instagram;
@benefitaustralia;
@lipstikshoes; and
@hausofdizzy
Step 2. Like the Instagram competition post on the Supre Instagram page; and
Step 3. Comment #LoveClubComp on the Instagram competition post. (“the Entries”)
There is no limit on number of times a person can enter.
6. The winning entry will be picked at random from all the Entries (“the Draw”) at Level 6, Office Tower One, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, VIC, Australia.
7. There will be two (2) winners (“the Winners”).
8. The Winners will be notified via Instagram by the 16th February 2018. The Winners must then respond back via Instagram by 23rd February 2018. The Winners will also be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram page.
9. Each winner will receive a prize pack consisting of the following:

Each prize is valued at AUD $1559.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $3,118
The Winners will be sent their prize in the post by 28th February 2018.
Gift cards are governed by their own terms and conditions.
10. If any prize remains unclaimed after 3 months of the winners being contacted, the Promoter may deem that the winner is ineligible to receive the prize. An alternative winner will be selected at random, and Winner/s will be notified via Instagram 16th May, 2018. The Winners must then respond back via Instagram.
11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason it may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value subject to relevant state and territory regulations.
12. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of the Promoter.
14. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition, to the extent permitted by law.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
16. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and otherwise in accordance with contestants’ consent. The Promoter may disclose entrant’s personal information to its contractors and agents in relation to the conduct of this competition. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at www.supre.com.au.
17. This promotion is in no way associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Instagram from and against any claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action, losses or costs arising out of their participation in the promotion.
