The review guidelines ask us to focus on the product so I will. My mug arrived with no handle which I found odd considering it is advertised as having a handle. Don't worry I found it though, it was broken into four pieces inside its box due to the fact it was packaged with nothing to protect it and inside the main box that was stupidly large. The guidelines also say to avoid writing about customer service and to contact them instead if you have an issue. Well, okay, but I did that over 3 weeks ago, sent a follow up in the middle, and still have received no human response. Naturally I got fed up so called my local store when they re-opened under level 2 and asked if I could take it in and get a replacement which they were very happy to do. So thanks to the lovely girl at Typo Dunedin! If you can get to a store - buy it there. Save yourself the hassle.
