Rated 1 out of 5 by Maz81 from Dirty and damaged beach cart Don't buy this item. I bought this online as a Christmas gift for my brother and his wife. I ordered it online and when it was delivered the cart was covered in orange dirt with scratches down the side. I contacted Customer Service to see how I could get a new one. They told me I had to bring it in store for an exchange or refund. This cart is a large and heavy item. It's not easy to carry and I had to borrow a trolley from work and wheel it up to the Cotton On store in Queen St mall. When I dropped it off there was another beach cart in a box that hadn't been opened. The sales assistant opened the box and the other beach cart was covered in the same orange dirt and was even dirtier than the one I had bought. I got a refund and not for the full amount and I've decided I'm never buying anything from Cotton On again as I was beyond inconvenienced in this situation.
