It’s perfect
Very deep and the notches in the sides work great to keep you chopsticks in place, even the chopsticks are good quality, no chipping, smooth and easy to use, much worth the money.

Defective hole on bottom 🙁
Defective product under cardboard packaging only found when removing price tag to wrap, so didn't get to give my sister her Christmas present 🙁 disappointed, hoping they still have the design in stock so I can get a good one.

Customer service non existent!
Bowl is nice but I’m very disappointed at Cotton on customer service. The bowl drop in price by 50% within couple of days and customer service prefer for me to send back the bowls instead of doing a price match
