I ordered these shoes as we’ve had them previously and are great however when they arrived I received them with elastic laces rather than normal laces you tie. I emailed customer service who organised a replacement to be sent out and again when they arrived they were elastic as well! Emailed once again and was told the product has now changed to be elastic laces. Not good enough when I ordered the ones with proper laces and the picture shows laces on it. Don’t understand why they would change to elastic laces when they are running shoes. Do not order these if you are wanting proper tie up laces as they will come with elastic ones! Would give them 5 stars if they came with proper laces.

I ordered these and they sent out the wrong shoes - I received the baby version without laces. Was refunded the difference in prices of shoes even though I couldn’t use the shoes sent out as my kids don’t fit them and had to order again. Ordered again and was disappointed when the shoes were wrongly packaged I had ordered shoes for my 2 year old (7) and the shoes that came were 2US. The packaging had the wrong size labelled on it and was different to the sizes inside the shoes. So again I was stuck with another pair of shoes that couldn’t be worn. No replacement sent out just refunded now I’m stuck with two pairs of shoes that can’t be worn
