Processing your order
Express Shipping Orders
9am SGD is our cutoff time for same day processing when selecting the Express Postage option. If you place an order before this time it will be dispatched to our delivery partner the same working business day. If your order is placed after 9am, it will be processed and dispatched the next working business day.
Standard Shipping Orders
All orders with the Standard Shipping option will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 working business days. Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.Please note standard and express shipping times are additional to these time frames, and vary from region to region. Please reference our delivery notice for your expected delivery time in your region.
You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order.
